on the other hand, it shows a large section of "people" displaying an account that has the latest post dated 5 years ago? the account has a total of 2 posts. WTF is going on with twitter?

Did you try phrasing 2 words that fit together in the tweet with the " "

It might be an glitch over , It would be fixed within the hours , Twitter does sometimes .
