I don't know, but they sell good vps for seo tools. You can contact their customer support to ask questions.

Internet speed must be the main factor for choosing vps and running seo tools along the processor ram should also be good.
Anything over 8gb ram is I think enough.
Gsa don't take much ram you can run alot of threads with only 2-3 gb of free ram.but running windows takes more resources so you need atleast 8 gb ram
If internet speed is too fast you can get amazing number of vpm verified links per minute.

As @Wfixtrit suggested above. I don't see any other vps option better than Hyonix at the moment, however I came here myself for the same answers. Internet speed is limited there as well. Around 400mbps is starting plan with 8gb ram.

If you're just running GSA SER then a 4GB VPS will be fine, check the baseline options at solidseovps
