That is why I feel sorry for Holland, i think they had a better chance against spain or italy. But if russia keeps playing like they did today then anything is possible.

I have not seen a russian team play like this since the soviet union collapse

well now the only team that is not adequate for Germany is Spain.. so tomorrow will be anything.. by now all the leaders in their groups by some coincident had lost, and Spain was leader in the group.. so if Russia was so good why didn't they beat Spain but i think that Italy won't make deal with Russia, ans as Spain is not adequate for Germany, well tomorrow will be interesting game.. if Italy win then Germans could only have to win Turkey, otherwise will have problem with Spain..

that's hard to argue with after the way they ran holland around the park! They still have to beat Italy or Spain and that could prove a lot more of a challenge than the Dutch... We will see! Its been a pretty solid and entertaining tourny so far - hope it continues
