For the SMO, what if the client already have accounts for those services of yours that is offering? Do you compensate it by increasing the other service?

I purchased reviews from these guys. None came live. They refuse to refund and they only provide "credit" which you cant really use since their reviews do not work.

I have tried emailing, skype, nothing works with these guys. They will never refund you once you pay them and they do not deliver on their end.

I have all emails to provide as proof for the run around they will give you for your money.

First off this complaint is not relevant to this thread. We always respond to customers on skype or emails and we have a separate ticket system where our support staff are active to reply within 24 hours. I hope it helps.

If that's irrelevant to your service thread, shouldn't you have reported it to the staff to get it removed?
I was looking through the marketplace for a client, found your thread and was checking posts with service reviews and offers when I found this post.
