Rsocks was ceased by FBI

That is a really stupid comparison. You breaking the rules of Google, PayPal, Facebook is one thing. You breaking international laws to the point of involving the FBI is something completely different.
If you breaking a rule, of paypal you are doing monetary fraud, if you breaking Google rules you are breaking trade laws, consumer laws in one or other way. But, I know everything will look stupid to you depending on your eyesight.

Ezzocard and Don't Farm ''are cousins''. There is an official Google document that was posted on this forum about it, a file with dozens of pages proving the criminal associations of Don't Farm and Ezzocard is being mentioned. This is still under investigation.
This is not an answer to my question. I did not read anywhere in your response as to how you KNOW that ezzocard is the subject of a criminal investigation, by an actual law enforcement agency. What this sounds like is you do not know if ezzocard is the subject of a criminal investigation. You read some stuff someone put in a google doc and drew a conclusion probably not based in fact. Now you are saying sensational things.

An "official" google document? Yeah that sounds super official like a statement from an actual law enforcement agency would be actually official, and factual.

Fake ranking = Faking links (or whatever) = More money
Fake documents = (wrong ?) and prison ?
Its not about feelings , faking stuff will be always illegal but do we need more rules for that ? its already hard the way it is !

This is total trash not everybody that uses proxies are using them for criminal activity. You need proxies to run Scrapebox.People use VPN to watch netflix from restricted countries. Its the governments dumbass laws and bills that cause these problems in the first place
The governments don't arrest you for using proxies for Scrapebox tho.
They do arrest you for "unauthorised access of electronic devices". Aka spreading malware on devices to make them botnets and then using them as "residential proxies".

The mods have good intentions but need to act in advance, not wait for a decision from the FBI, this site is selling services of various criminals, watch out.
And how do you propose they do that? "Act in advance" as you say

By asking sellers of residential proxies, smm panels and accounts where they get their stuff?

They would simply say that those residential proxies come from their own devices, or those likes from their smm panel are from people they paid, or those accounts they are selling are not hacked but made by them.

There's no way to prove whether a seller is providing their service in a "blackhat" way, or in an illegal way.

Law enforcement doesn't arrest you for breaking a company's TOS. So, for eg Making hundreds of reddit accounts yourself won't get you arrested. Unless reddit presses charges on you claiming you did something illegal (which it hasn't done yet on anyone).

But law enforcement will definitely arrest you if you say, hacked into reddit's DB, changed passwords of thousands of users, and then sold the login credentials here.

Problem is, there's no way for the mods to know whether the accounts sold were hacked, or made by the seller. (Same goes for all other services. Smm,proxies etc)

That's the thin line between "blackhat" and "illegal". And since this is a blackhat community, you will often see folks crossing that line.

faking stuff will be always illegal
That depends on what *stuff* you are talking about.

Not all fake stuff is illegal and dealing with them isn't a crime.

Say, fake likes on social media gained by botted accounts. There's no law that explicit states activity like that is illegal.

It violates the company's Terms, but that isn't enough ground to arrest you. Best they can do is ban you from their platform.
Unless the company finds a way to claim what you did broke some law.

Like say, your botted accounts featured photos of celebrities and a typical user wouldn't differentiate between your fake celeb account and an actual celeb account. Then, technically, the company would charge you of identity theft. Now that's illegal and can get you arrested.

In fact there is such a document and I will post it below. I read a lot about this issue at the time Dont.Farm was banned.

https://storage.googleapis.com/gweb-uniblog-publish-prod/documents/1_Complaint.pdf
But there is a big mistake in all of this...the document mentioned Extracard.net. There was probably name confusion, Ezzocard has nothing to do with it.

Exactly what im trying to explain (botted or not , we all have been in that gray area)
Now imagine all the stuff you said were true (bottled or not ) (celebrities, fake ...)

That is a civil lawsuit that was filed by google. It’s not criminal. It is interesting though thanks for the share.

We all know that this forum is full of suspicious services and criminal networks.

Am I exaggerating?
Yes, you are exaggerating. There will always be bad actors in any space where there's a significant opportunity to make money. If you think there's any industry where everyone's squeaky clean, then I have a bridge and some swamp land to sell you.

So the real question is, should the 90% of users of a forum who are running legitimate businesses be painted with the same brush as the errant 10% who stray into something illegal? Or, as you're suggesting, mods should have to work around the clock banning everything that sounds even remotely iffy just so your snowflake self can sleep soundly at night.

Botnets. That's how many residential sellers get their proxies. Even then, the majority are just resellers. Stay away from that garbage.
Thats not true.

Legitimate residential proxy providers rent internet connection from various internet users around the world and resell them for a profit.

Really ? 90% ? around the clock ? banning ?

We actually have staff on the forum around the clock and there are a fair amount of bans. Very few relate to the approved sellers as we do our best to vett them so they are operating inside the terms of service.

The forum has thousands of sellers and all I saw in this thread, that I recall, are 3 that are being accused of illegal activity by a Federal agency. Three out of thousands is a pretty good batting average.

The Google lawsuit is not a criminal event so that does not have an effect on the forum but when we see illegal stuff here we manage it properly.

I said that's how "many" not all. And Residential sellers that are using botnets wouldn't be considered "legitimate." For example, Lumanati would use Hola VPN, which users agreed to use the VPN while their residential address will be pooled. That's considered legitimate. Of course there's legitimate residential sellers, but many aren't as well.

Yes, you are right. I also read the article and came to know that they were not just providing proxies for proxy marketing, surveys or Virtual Assistants. Instead, they were providing the IPs of hacked and hijacked users. Carders and hackers would then mask their real IP and did cybercrimes while the one to blame would become the one whose IP was used.

This is eye-opening to all the users of proxies. First, proxies should never be used for bad stuff. A short cut is indeed short route but as you reach to the finishing line, it goes far and far away.

Thank you for sharing this.

The Internet can't be regulated to a point to control these activities.
There will always be bad actors on any online community platform.

If in order to work you need to buy fake identities, use botnet networks, hacked social media profiles, and be a client of companies with shady interests, it would be advisable to rethink what you are doing with your professional life.
I think you don't put all your eggs into one basket. They provide something, I buy it. You can start selling cruelty free accounts now.

I don't know any businessman who would do everything the white hat way. Everyone is using dirty tricks, whether it's manipulation, underpaying people or using fake identities.

If you can, check how many issues craiglists or eBay are dealing with. Now you know why prison cells are full.

damn they had good services. both mobile and residential. i still have $20 on there lol
