How can i use the "Are" question keywords?

I have searched on google for hours with no reasonable content to reply me. Question keywords can be a bit tricky.

How do I implement a question like: " Are cabbage good for parrots?" Do I repeat it many times? Or just use it in a h2 and provide an answer with an in-depth article with other long tails?

I have written 90 articles in the past 2 months, 5 of these made it to the first page. Amongst this 5 articles, I used the question keywords just twice in two posts, but I wrote a 3k content, and the article ranked.


I don't want to spend my time writing articles that wont rank over time. So, what is the best way to use "Are" question keywords?

When I go for this type of keywords, I usually do what you did. I use it once or twice in the article, preferably on headlines. I need to keep reminding myself thr intent. Even though they are asking "are cabbage good for parrots", i would include the answer, because that's what they're really after.
Cabbage is a great source for blah blah blah, which makes it very good for parrots for these reasons...
I'll be focused on cabbage is good for parrots rather than keep repeating the question.

BUT, you should always see what ranks. If all of the top results are using the keyword itself, try incorporating it more in your article.

I don't think repeating keywords is necessary as Google algo has matured quite well so you don't need to spoonfeed it your keywords to let it know. Google can now analyse search intent and articles query intent almost flawlessly. So just a title or subheader mentioning the keyword or a variation of it will be enough.
