How about Spain or Portugal? These countries are relatively cheap to live in (if you compare with Germany, Belgium etc) and have nice climate

I am from Argentina and I totally recommend to move here, if you make 500 dollars a month, you can live decently and even go out sometimes and buy clothing.
If you make 1000 dollars and you live alone you are in the high class, you can live the good life with that money... also chicks are the best here, we have the best meat and the typical mate, you won't regret it come here.

If you want a better lifestyle then always move to a country where there is a less crowd. Densely populated countries (like Asian countries) will not give you the quality and lifestyle that you are looking for. There are few cheap countries in Europe (as you mentioned Slavic countries) where you can get some good lifestyle at affordable cost.

If you are not moving to be closer to your money or have enough to require moving in order to keep it's value, I would first start looking at finding a better asset class to acquire before moving. It might even alleviate the reason to move, or revert you to situation 1-2. Better yet place assets ahead of your move by acquiring them at your intended destination. (Become an International Company... VPN with a business in country to legally send money to... you can be anyone anywhere... (as yourself of course).

I am using revolut since many years and I travelled many countries (48 so far) and it was always good to me.

About where to live with 500 euros? Difficult, but I would look at third world countries, Philippines maybe, many hot trannies for you.

Um.Ukraine is cheap atm. It's almot as if the landlords don't even check on their houses anymore. Probably can squat a house with electricitty and water for free without being detected.

Otherwise maybe spain or thailand - but it depends on where and how much you wanna spend.But 500 usd is really not a lot.
