How adsense find duplicate account?

but acct
I use new device,new account info and new number
still adsense detect duplicat acct
anybody can help how t detect

Do you use it in the same house? Sometimes they track IP addresses (although not sure, because in todays world IPv4 IP addresses are shared with multiple users due to lack of them).

3. Wait 24 hours and you are approved in admob.
4. Then you must enter Adsense with same email

@hido46 gave you a proper workaround to achieve an adsense account.

That being said, you'll most likely get that banned as well.

For starters, Google is tracking everything. So your 4G mobile IPs mean nothing.

Your name remains the same, address too, phone number as well and when they ask for your ID - that remains the same too. They have proper algorithms to track you.

Setup a company > Apply for an Adsense Business Account. But even then depending on the reason why you were first banned, the decision might not be in your favor.
