Best Bulk Cold Emailing Solution 2021

Godaddy or Google.

Doing affiliate marketing by sending cold emails doesn't work in most cases. First because affiliate links are mostly detected by spam filters so it usually make you land in spam in no time and because most people who don't know you won't buy something just because you send them an email.

It worked in early 2000's but not really now.

Check the free spam test from Mailreach, it's really good : https://www.mailreach.co/email-spam-test/

@ to all the people who send me DMs : I mostly don't answer them. I'm thinking of creating a post to detail my strategy to run a cold email agency of $25k / month. Not my priority for now but why not.

Shatzyo you are a good guy - no need to do $25k / mo course. Lol

@Shatzyo I guess a lot of people in here would love such a post.

A few more questions:
1) After being half through The Boron Letters, do you have an online resource where cold emails that you consider good are gathered for inspiration?
Do you have other general hints for writing good cold emails? Structure, length, etc.
There is a lot of info and ideas out there, unfortunately mostly without numbers backing it up.

2) What is your take on LinkedIn outreach tools and the results to expect?
How would you use them? LinkedIn followed by a cold mail or cold mail followed by LinkedIn?

3) Any advice for someone who wants to acquire a couple of clients to make a living from Lead Gen? Maybe which country you would choose for market entry or what industries could be an easier start?

Your shared knowledge in here gave me the confidence to start something new. Thanks a lot for that!

1) Check Lemlist's cold email templates, they're on their blog I think. Read all the books about cold emailing on Amazon, they're short to read and there's at least 10% of each book that's helpful.

The keys to a good cold email is :

A. Make the recipient feel selected. Make him feel (or at least doubt) that you only contacted him and not thousands others.

B. Don't try to sell him shit too fast. Have a friendly approach, not something too salesy. You don't ask a girl for marriage the first time you meet her. There's the date first, other dates, you kiss, make love, step by step. Most of bad cold emailers offer a marriage and skip the date, that sucks.

C. Focus on the final value you bring, not your features. Show you solve a problem and how your recipient could benefit from you. People don't buy products or service, they buy solutions to problems they have. When selling lead generation services, don't tell that you generate good leads, tell that you helped X companies earn 20% more cash. People don't buy leads, they buy more money / growth.

D. Don't be too formal, boring. Take risks, be human, not a PDF presentation of your product. Talk to someone like if you were meeting the person at a cocktail / afterwork. Be yourself.

2) It can bring good results but it depends the target. CEOs are over contacted on LinkedIn, it can still work, but it's less effective compared to years ago. Works better on targets who don't receive too many linkedin invites / messages. Visit the profile, send a cold email 2 days after, follow up 1, follow up 2, switch on linkedin invite / message. Stuff like this.

3) Target the US or rich / rising european countries. Don't target the UK, poorer results most of the time.
Target companies who sell something above $1k / $2k. Otherwise you'll need to generate a lot of leads to make them satisfied.

Bonus : never neglect deliverability, otherwise you'll stupidly lose openings. For that, just follow the recommendations of Mailreach.

Test and learn, things change, run A/B tests all the time. You can't be good without running tests. Even the best marketer / copywriter fails if they don't really send cold emails. It's not copywriting, it's cold email copywriting, that's different.

Just do now, you need to act, start sending emails. Talking about emails is cool, but the next step is acting, not chatting about sending emails. There's no better information than sending emails and adapt.

That's it for now guys, I think I've given enough value. I'll be back later.

@Shatzyo

Thanks a lot for your answers. So to make it really clear and do not overcomplicate the process, i have few questions for you:

1. So, as long as you send B2B emails to Europe scraped with tools like snov.io and you include "unsubscribe" link and always remove those people who unsubscribed, you're fine and you're not doing anything illegal? Cause it would cost thousands of dollars to hire a lawyer of each EU country and it would make the process so complicated.

2. How do i actually know that i'm scraping B2B email with the tools like snov.io? Is there any filter where i can choose to scrape B2B emails instead of B2C? Also, how do make sure they're all from Europe?

3. I've heard some EU countries are very strict on coild emailing, for example Germany. Do you filter out these kinds of countries while scraping or you just follow what i've wrote on 1. without filtering specific EU countries?

Let me know, thank you!
@Shatzyo Hey Shatzyo, can i get your reply on this?

I have this method of warming up my email domain ,and start in a low offers number 1 email for 20 people in the first day and then i'l grow the number by time. And for the offer, I would go with a general one in most cases. If I had 1% ROI , that perfcet since i have millions and millions of email adresses (semi private) !

Hey @Shatzyo . Please do not pay attention to my old questions about safety / GDPR , im sorry i was asking you this too much , you already gave me lots of answers on this so its enough.

I have some other questions about cold emailing in general:

1. How do you make sure that you're scraping B2B emails from Snov.io , apollo or any other app? How to make sure that emails are not B2C, but 100% B2B?

2. As I understand, its legal to scrape B2B emails from these apps?

3. Can you keep sending new and new emails to these leads if they don't unsubscribe? Or you send just 1 time, then do 1-2 followups and then won't re-use these leads anymore? Or you can re-use them even 100x times as long as they don't request to unsubscribe.

4. I believe i must have a good looking website to be able to sell my cold email service? How do i show the proof that my cold email service really works when i'm just starting out and trying to gain some new clients? Don't you think something like free trial for 5 days or 7 days plan for let's say 200$ would not work? Because im afraid peopel won't spend 1000$ or so at the beginning without me showing them a proof that it actually works.

5. Do you guarantee any results to your clients when they purchase your cold email service? Like x amount of leads generated. Are you not afraid of PayPal dispute(or other disputes if you use other payment plaforms like stripe.com) ?

6. So you see cold emailing service as the only which you think is best to promote? You think it's not needed to try to sell other subscriptions, for example resell google/fb/instagram ads campgains management or something, but you recommend to entirely focus on cold emailing service?

7. As i understood, you're earning 25k / a month from your cold emailing agency. Which is a very , very big money.. However, don't you consider outsourcing your business , hiring VA's and scaling it even more? Just curious that's why asking..

Thanks a lot for your valuable help, your help has inspired me to do cold emailing business!

I have a hunch as to what Shatzyo does for his main business. He is doing way more than 25k / mo

@Shatzyo and other guys, i got an additional question. If B2B emails are legal to send, does it mean i must have an official registerested company / agency, because if its B2B and im reaching out to businesses , i must be a business myself or i don't need to be a business myself? Because i don't have any officially registered company yet, so wouldn't it be illegal?

A lot of people sell or resell b2b services without having a registered company. Just need a tracking link or a way to collect payments.

There are guides (in the download section) and threads covering cold emailing on this forum. You'll get your answers and better clarity if you take your time and read them all.

Read the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 if you're in the US.
Those are the rules for US.
If you have additional questions you should speak with an attorney.

i meant B2B in Europe, not USA, so its GDPR.

Talk to a lawyer
No one on this message board can give you legal advice
It's also my understanding that every country in EU has different rules for email in particular beyond GDPR

do you hire a laywer for each EU country that you send cold emails to? don't you think its to much complicated? also you'd spend thousands if not 10'000$ of dollars in total in order to hire each EU country lawyer

If you can't figure this out - I don't like your chances figuring out B2B email

Why the fuck would you need to target several countries to start ?

Just start to get results from one country. You don't need several countries to make cash, come on you're not Coca Cola.

I told the main important things to know on this topic to get better results from emails. I won't spend my year answering lists of secondary questions.

The best thing you have to do is :

Stop spending time asking questions on a forum and just DO. Actions. You'll figure out things on your own. Be independant.

To make money sending emails you need to send emails, not talk about the theory.

I thought as long as you send B2B to Europe, and include Unsubscribe you don't need to care which countries you're sending emails too?

Hi all–I own an email marketing agency and I'm happy to pick up where Shatzyo left off answering questions. He's been a valuable resource and I even popped in with a few questions for him myself to confirm ideas.

I also welcome PMs, but questions here might make an opportunity for everyone to learn
