Can adobe softwares be used in mac forever without paying?

I just got an old mac and I am struggling to install adobe programs. Can anyone suggest me the ways to install the programs in my machine? I really need adobe photoshop and illustrator and cannot afford to pay monthly fee. Is there any way to skip the payment process and use it for free? Suggestion is appreciated.

It prevents Adobe cloud app from connecting to adobe servers making your adobe trial forever.
I used to try it few years ago and it worked fine, I assume it should still be working now

I have windows laptop as well but not I thought the need to get one mac as well and now I am struggling to put softwares I used to use in my windows laptop
