I can't send or view BHW PM? Help

Newbie, yeah
I have this issue of not being able to either send or receive/view PM.
Am I doing anything wrong here?

This is what I keep receiving?
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action"

Would appreciate any help?

You need to have 15 posts in order to send messages.

You can create threads, or get involved with any other thread you want, that is related to the projects you are working on. The lounge doesn't increase your post count.

Comments count too, but don't spam. Since you are very focused on PMs, I want to make sure you understand that you can't sell anything in PM.
