Thank you very much @Shatzyo for your time! Appreciate it.1) I don't understand. Sending from G Suite / G Workspace is much better than sending from a @gmail.Com inbox (which leads to spam in 80% of the cases, especially when sending business emails).
2) Don't send emails if you don't have to because of deliverability. Just send emails when needed, that's all. Email warming does the job for you with the back and forth conversations.
3) I don't know, I don't think so but try it with Mailreach Spam Tester : https://www.mailreach.co/email-spam-test/
4) Max 2 follow ups as the more you follow up, the more spam complaints you'll get. The fewer the better for reputation but sending follow ups is still important to generate leads.
1) Aim for 50% open rate minimum. I have between 50% and 80% open rate on average. Never below 50%. Difficult to give references for reply and lead rates (I don't track the links / CTR, I don't care). Reply rates and lead rates depend a lot of what you sell and your CTA. You can have a 10% reply rate of people replying "I hate you, never contact me again". I ask for calls in my sequences and I aim to have at least 1-2% lead rates (meetings booked).
2) You'll figure this out later. Just get leads and make sales first, this is a problem of the rich. Or in very small industries with only a few people. For that, cold email sucks. You need volume.
3) 5 days a week, workdays. I target professional people, never B2C. Timing from 8am to 6pm, send through out the day. Nothing more.
4) One link max if I have to or zero links to secure deliverability. I don't use calendly links in the first email, it doesn't look "hand made". I make my emails look written by hands, not automated. Calendly links can make an email more "automated", but you can still have good results. Just compare with and without and see.
5) Stick to 100 new people contacted each day, without counting the follow ups + Mailreach autopilot mode.
But you need to know that you have to test things, being good at cold emailing usually means doing regular A/B tests to compare versions. For some difficult industries (subject to spam words) or for difficult targets, you'd need to send fewer emails per day to maintain a good deliverability because they hit the button "mark as spam" more often than others.
Thank you very much @Shatzyo for your time! Appreciate it.
Everything clear but a one thing. 1) I really want to use my @gmail. At the beginning of learning the whole process at least. I even decided not to use any tracking domain at all. Those 80% cases, are they related to tracking domains? I should add I want to use GMass.
I just did not get if you use G Suite exclusively when you have your own domain (you use Google mail servers for better deliverablity, this I understand) or if you can and should use it with @gmail. Can you please enlighten me? But since I am planning to use GMass I guess G Suite is out of the game, isn´t it?
Hey @Shatzyo , thanks a lot for your answers once again. So once again, you believe that if i send B2B emails to Europe and provide unsubscribe link, i should be really fine? I don't even talk about going to jail, but for example someone complains and i get fined like 40'000$ or so, then all the hard money i earned will be gone.
Also, you said you don't register domains and other details on your own name. Do you do this because of safety? In case you would get fined so no one could find you? Let me know!
I really want to do cold emails but i feel it's like a grey area and i can get fined and lose all the hard money that i will earn. Tell me what you think please!
Are follow-ups considered a new email sent by google and spam filter standards? For example if I send 50 follow ups a day, and my therotical limit is 50 new emails per day per account, then will I be able to only send the 50 follow ups, or can I send 50 emails + X follow-ups?
Will a workspace/gsuite account which is constantly warmed up with mailreach, and sends 50 emails per day die eventually or will it last forever, and if it dies eventually, how long does it take usually? Considering that the target list is good, personalized and the copy is human like and professional.
Also, is it possible to send more then 50 emails a day without hurting longevity? If so how much with mailreach running in the background?
And last question, what do you think about mailmeteor? Seems to be the best tool so far for sending.
I will try to rephrase: Lets say that with my email and domain reputation I can send 100 emails per day without problems and this is my limit,I don't understand your first question.
I'm setting up a new Google Workspace + Google Domain to send cold emails from. I want to make very certain that if I run into sender reputation issues, that it doesn't affect my main domain or get it banned.Sending from @gmail.com addresses = shit results. I'll never recommend that, that sucks. If you want crap results, go ahead, you won't be disappointed. This is used to send spam, and what is used to send spam lands in spam.
Hey @Shatzyo ,I'm not a lawyer, don't trust me and do your own research. I can't guarantee anything, I'm just sharing what I'm doing.
I told you what I think about this. I know what I am doing and I am not doing illegal stuff.
Thousands of companies in Europe rely on B2B cold emailing to create growth. Even companies that raised dozens of millions $ Series B, Series C. You think that all these companies are doing illegal stuff? Of course not.
Actually, G does not care at all. I can land in full spam on one domain and get 75% open rate on another one, on the same G suite.
We're talking of 200 / 250 max emails sent per day per email address. And I use only one email address per domain, so 200 / 250 emails per domain per day.
If I need to send more volume, I buy a new domain, create a new email address on it and send 200 more per day. But if I do so, I change the content between the two senders. You don't want to send the same email content from two different email accounts.
I will try to rephrase: Lets say that with my email and domain reputation I can send 100 emails per day without problems and this is my limit,
and I want to follow up 100 emails which I already sent a day ago.
Are the follow ups considered a new email and take up the limit? Or can I still send 100 NEW emails to different leads which I didn't contact previously?

1. Do you recommend I continue this setup of 1 Google Workspace per 1 Google domain?
2. Does it matter if I use the same name, address, credit card, and recovery email from my main domain for this new cold-email Google Workspace and Google Domain?
3. Can I manage multiple Google Workspaces under the same Google Admin account? example: [email protected] is the Google admin for all my cold email workspace
Hey @Shatzyo ,
thanks again for your valuable input.
Could you share some information on if and how you reduce that risk for yourself/your company?
Are you registering the domains in your/your company's name?
Does your contract with your clients state that they carry this risk?
Is your company in a location in which it is unlikely to be affected by any lawsuit?
etc. etc.
I agree with your statement above. I am just wondering if there are steps to reduce the risk of dealing with some exceptions that happened in one of the previous companies I was working for.
One more question that came up:
When I add domains and therewith email accounts to my Google Workspace, does it matter if I use the same phone number to login/verify the new Gmail accounts for different domains? Should I avoid this?
Do you also purchase your domains from Google domains?
I found that you can easily fix the UCEPROTECT blacklist by connecting your namecheap domain to the cloudflare free plan, this is because the domain is not blacklisted but the default DNS IP of namecheap is, this saved me a few bucks on transfers, hopefully others with aged namecheap domains would find this info useful. No but I could, it doesn't make any difference. Just avoid Namecheap, all domains bought on Namecheap are blacklisted on UCEPROTECT, I've learned that from Mailreach.

Thank you so much! That’s really helpfulJust contact max 100 new people a day without counting the follow ups. Follow ups are not new people.
And don't send a follow up 1 day after reaching out the first time, give at least 3 days, let people breath.
1. You don't need several Google Workspaces, just have one Workspace for normal emails AND cold emails, just link several domains to it. I already talked about that. I have one main G workspace with dozens of domains on it with dozens of sending addresses. If I have a spam problem on one domain it never spreads on another one of the G Workspace.
2. Doesn't matter.
3. One Google Admin = One Google workspace.
Man, just don't do that if you're scared like this. Just run a community management agency and schedule instagram posts. You'll be fine.
I'm NOT doing illegal stuff, can you understand that ? Why the f*ck would I need to locate my company in a dark spot on the planet and hide myself ? I have a legal company and it doesn't have to hidden from anything. I run the B2B prospection of several companies by sending B2B cold emails. I've worked for well known EU privacy companies to help them find customers.
Stop asking questions about this on a forum and talk to a lawyer specialized in GDPR / Privacy. Get the real information from a legitimate professional. I did my own research, and not on a forum.

That crazy numbers you talking about. I would love to get involved into this topic, Especially that I can source +50K mails addresses from biggest countries in the world ( usa, uk, australie, canada ...) . I've been dizzy as this guy on what to do with those emails, I made a conclusion to go with affiliate marketing links.(general offer since i do not have any infos about these people).I never said 1 Gmail account. 1 account can send out 100 or 150 if you are lucky, but let's keep it realistic and say 50 per day.
That means you need 2k accs for 100k emails daily. Though I would give accs 24h rest to keep them safe so 4k accs. (2k sending day A, 2k sending day Bi
Problem solved.
By The way shoot me a message, I'm having the same problem, I have millions of mail adresses sitting on my pc. I would love to talk about what we can do with and figure how can we turn those into cash.Hey guys, I didn't know where else to post this..
I'm looking for a system that enables me to send 20k-100k cold emails per day, I'm a newb at this but I did a LOT of research for the past week and it seems to me in order to be able to do that, I need to use an SMTP service like Amazon SES, or create my own SMTP server that I link to a mail application like Mailwizz or Mautic in order to start sending emails.
I also learned that I need to warm up the server for a month at least, clean up the list and basically get 10/10 email scoring before I attempt my first send in order to have a chance to hit the inbox later on.
my question is, does anyone know of a way that I can use autoresponders like Activecampaign or Convertkit to be able to send thousands of cold emails a day? (any tricks to get past their scrutiny system?)
if that is not an option, is there a way to rent/buy pre-warmed up SMTP servers that can send 20k-100k cold emails per day with high inbox deliverability? how much would such service cost? (asking the experts)
I'm kindly asking experienced members to give their precious advice, although there are a lot of threads about this subject - I still wasn't able to find a real solution for this.
Thank you so much,
Which company do you use for your domains?

The only thing I'm sure I have to do now is to warm up my domain so it do not go to spam, How can I do that ?
Its a bit unrelated but what tool do you use to check deliverability?
