what have you found to be the best way to manage DMs from multiple IG accounts?

I'm currently looking at using ZenDesk.

To be honest, Zendesk is the best method out there. You can manage multiple IG accounts at once on Zendesk. Other options include Gorgias, but I would recommend Zendesk.
