Looking for offshore BULLETPROOF hosting DEDICATED SERVER

Anyone who are looking for bulletproof will be paying expensive, not matter what. Bulletproof never was and never will be cheap.
If you find cheap bulletproof it maybe a honeypot to track criminals, bulletproof hosting is always expensive even for 1GB RAM or more.

Then you may ask, why bulletproof is so expensive like VPS 1GB RAM?

Easy, Peering is not cheap. Network is not cheap you need to have good partners and good peering that allows dark things.
Keep in mind I don't use Bulletproof, but bulletproof needs to have the best privacy possible so doing vps 10 monthly won't cover all costs of being bulletproof.

For example Cyberbunker Bulletproof never was cheap, it was expensive. Why? Is not easy to have a good network with bulletproof.
You need to invest a lot and a lot, if you don't get ROI (Return of Investiment) the bulletproof will not survive.

Here is "some" bulletproof, some are considered, others aren't. It really depends on what you want to do.
What I can say to you, is be prepared for your pocket. It won't be cheap, expect higher prices and expensive.

https://xor.schttps://bpw.schttps://prq.sehttps://novogara.com (is not fully bulletproof, but for somethings are allowed, they are Ecatel search in Google about them and you will find it, still bulletproof for some cases)
https://privatelayer.com (is not 100% bulletproof but still doing a good job for something you want, don't expect bulletproof)
https://alexhost.com (can be considered bulletproof for freedom of speech projects and others, not 100% bulletproof and not considered that for some activities)
https://xuid.ru (they advertise they are bulletproof but..)
https://flokinet.is (really really very well know in the market for ignoring some abuses, it really depends on what you will do!)
https://koddos.net (can be considered, not fully)

The top are:
xor.sc
bpw.sc
prq.se
novogara
privatelayer

Don't look for bulletproof cheap, that won't exist. It may be dangerous and you can stay without your website in some weeks, months or days...
thanks for such a detailed reply. Since I first posted my reply i was hoping that id get a reply from you, but I didn't want to message you directly as i thought you may be busy or something, you seem to post a lot and what you post makes a lot of sense, and i can also see that you get attacked a lot too mostly by fools and deraigned individuals who have nothing better to do, so they come solely to start an argument, thats prob why you have blocked access for others to view your profile.

Anyway, so my budget is $150 a month. That's not cheap (well, depends who you ask) but that should get me a decent hosting butlletproof or otherwise, i am just lacking knowledge, as I have done my research mostly on Google, and you know it takes a lot of time to try results you find on Google. Google can suggest 10 hostings that may be worth a try. If I see the similar 10 on bing then in my opinion, they are worth a try. I look for reviews and if i find them, then it's like a done deal.

The above was the case for wishosting (although they are amazing, they suspend you because they are based in the US) Then I found shinjiru. The only problem with them is the downtime on a dedicated server that i have. There is no panel and it just seems weird tbh. Some people say that they suspend you, although they haven't done that to me so far, I will come back and share my experience if that happens, but it is unlikely that they will do so as long as they are getting the money. They are based in Asia.

I also have a backup with vultr but it's just a mirror backup of my site, so let's say shinjiru suspends me, my sites will now be up and running as soon as I change the DNS.

I mean there is also a port forwarding solution (involves two separate hostings) so you basically let another server ip (thats not where your files are hosted) sit in front of your server that forwards all requests to your main server (where files are hosted) so your files server never actually gets a DMCA or any kind of abuse report, has anybody any experience with that? It would be interesting to know, but nevertheless, thanks for your wonderfully long reply.

I want something in the middle east. I"m told that DMCA is completely ignored in most Islamic nations.
The only problem I have is that they won't allow porn and porn is 90% of what we do

What I only "hate" here, is when people recommends Hostinger, Hostgator, GoDaddy or other US or UK company which is not offshore and can lose their websites. Just that.

My profile is blocked by my own choice. I don't want people who talk bad about me contacting me after they saw who was reason or not.
I'm not 100% always correct. I do mistakes.

One thing you can't forget bulletproof never will be cheap, never. If you find it, something is wrong.
Take a example of Cyberbunker 1GB RAM of VPS 50€ monthly, you say well that isn't expensive..

Yes it is, because 1GB RAM you can find for less than 5€ a month also 2GB for less than 5€ month. That's why Cyberbunker was been raided.

Keep in mind I don't engage in Criminal activity, just because I should have some knowledge doesn't mean I do any dirty thing. Just knowledge and that's.

If you want a port forwarding look at OVPN.se IPv4 public, no logs (court proved) against Piratebay.

To end this story, bulletproof can be for somethings and for other not. It really depends on what you want to do.
But most of bulletproof you find in other forums like hacking forums etc (not naming it, because is not my way)

Good DMCA server is always in demand. Looking for new one too.

That is easy, if you read 1-2 pages of this thread you might find it.

I changed my opinion of undergroundprivate.

They are good

Alexhost
Undergroundprivate
Privatelayer
2x4.ru

Is what I recommend. Currently I'm with alexhost. I can recommend it
I would like to ask regarding undergroundprivate. Is it safe to have your real name with them, and address? Or if you happen to get in trouble down the line, they may give it away to authorities? (using nljal.la) They state that they value privacy and would never give your personal info away or sell it, but can you really trust them?

The first thing you need to understand and is easy to see. Is njal.la never asked to your name or address or postal code when you bought a domain right?
That is a signal of privacy and anonymity, the rest of things will be from your side. Are you using a VPN+TOR or at least a good VPN?

Njal.la is great for privacy, because they register the domain in his names, you don't need to give anything which is good.
Of course njal.la is not perfect and is not bulletproof and shouldn't considered too.

Yes I am using njal.la, but my question was regarding UnderGroundPrivate hosting. With that hosting service, I have my real name on there and I pay with paypal (also on my name). Is it something that I should worry about and perhaps change it and also pay anonymously for hosting?

Yes, you should worry. Doesn't matter about your name but paying through Paypal is risky. Because if something happens Paypal gives your details easily.

Of course you paying with your real name, and if you have real name in domain also is very easy to come at you.
Paying with paypal is a risk, but if you are small fish then is OK.

Yes you should try always to use Crypto payments or paysafecard, or using Bitcoin or other crypto payments.
The best is Monero (XMR) see in Youtube and Google.

Is possible to exchange paypal to Monero or bitcoin.
