I got rejected from Maxbounty, hence thinking of trying CPAGrip. Or are there any other good Maxbounty alternatives?

Mainly Youtube, and everything that is working at the time. But you need to get proxies and more accounts for good results. Best would be aged accounts and upload normal videos on them to grow them little bit before you start to upload CPA videos.

When parasites worked well I used Pinterest, google sites etc..

I have no luck with social media like Facebook and Instagram because they ban me too fast, sometimes even before posting anything just for joining few groups...

Also reddit is great to share your videos on related sub-reddits for extra traffic
