What is the average cost of living in Australia?
How much salary should I ask for monthly/yearly?
I am shifting from India to Australia. So what will be other expenses?

What is the average cost of living in Australia?

Where would you be moving to, more precisely?

How much salary should I ask for monthly/yearly?

How are we supposed to answer this? Depends on your role. Discuss with the agency

There are no real differences, other than in taxes and utility bills heating, cooling etc can be expected to be more expensive.

Congrats on the offer. Did the agency not provide a salary range?

What is the average cost of living in Australia?
Depends, you want to live comfortable, or you want to live on a budget?
What is your lifestyle like
I know people who live on a 2-3k a month and still live decently
while others spend up to 10k a month

Salary are looked at on a biweekly basis or a yearly basis
but you should be receiving a salary every 2 week (fornight)
Once again, depends on your job.
Australia takes minimum wage very seriously so the worse you can get is like $21-25 (depends on which state) an hr @ a full time job

Melbourne cost of living is comparable to Sydney which are two of the highest in Australia
100k is fine, assuming that company is huge and reputable.

If you live in the inner city, it's gonna be $$$$$$$
if you live outside a bit ~40minute drive or so from the city, it gets alot cheaper
it's how much you value your time honestly.
There is plenty of public transport to get around if you dont have your own transport either

How did you get that offer ? Beware of job scams. Why am I mentioning this ? Because you quite obviously appear to be quite naive.
