I love this service and love the panel, with the regular improvements.
but would you please change the customer popup?
I work with the tabs open, and this notification on the browser really annoying.
I mean it's great that you care about customers, but everyone knows how to contact and submit tickets if they want.
please remove this annoying pop up says hi there and on the browser tab that keeps changing and distracting notification.
hope this can be updated soon.
