In pinksale i have seen that even the shittiest project got their pool fulfill with no proper community they manage to get the pool of 200 or 300 BNB how is that possible can someone explain me this please?

PinkSale is a DeFi launchpad platform. They don't review projects before IDO, so it means they will list any kind of project. You shouldn't focus on the platform, the important thing is the project. Some projects (with over 2000-3000+ BNB filled) scammed before on PinkSale.

But the think is how they gonna do it i have seen that some projects even dont have community on telegram and discord and some few followers on twitter and they managed to raise a lot of funding for their peoject. Even i have seen that the peoject are kyc and audit tag will do the rug pull. How i dont understand the game behind it.

PinkSale Finance is not a scam. It is a legit decentralized launchpad protocol that supports several blockchains. Launchpads are platforms that make it easier for people to create, promote, and sell their tokens. Some coins launched at PinkSale Finance may turn out to be scams and that is another story if someone understands the crypto world, even Binance Smart Chain launchpad has had some coins launched which eventually rug-pulled.
PinkSale is accountable for more than 8730 launchpads, $380 million in liquidity, and $415 million in locked value.
So far there is nothing that points PinkSale Finance to be a scam project.

You don't understand the main point, PinkSale provides IDO service for projects. And it does not check for scam, they list any kind of project if you pay fee. Projects are responsible for own marketing and promotions. PinkSale doesn't provide that.

You cannot say that all the projects listed on that platform are genuine. It is hard to find good projects so you should stick with bitcoin and other good coins.

Pinksale as a platform is legit as they come. The projects however might not be, it's not their business to do due diligence.

However, they do offer KYC for projects so if you are looking for extra security then check if the project has completed KYC by Pinksale.. If things haven't changed then they required at least 2 owners to verify their identities for KYC but I don't see that to be a hard thing to pass if you plan to rug.
