I think it's beneficial. It does bring the "mass e-mail" kind of vibe when I think about it.

I have known one person to do this, and he was selling some weird E-books. He used to mass-dm people randomly, targeted all kinds of groups and made a good amount of money.

As per CTR %, I don't know. I know that it works if you try to sell affiliated stuff and e-books.

Depending on what you need, it may be a goldmine.

Highly interested to find this out also, saw ads on BHW for Mass Telegram DM, but never knew the exact CTR using it. I might develop software for it if the CTR is good.

Telegram mass DM works and works very well.
I got a lot of referral signups for tracker/ CPA network/ Advertising network/ Binance (used to be good but too saturated nowadays).

I am doing it daily. But mostly promoting referral products. Not those CPA offers. Basically products that really add value or fulfill a need.
You need to find out where to scrape members that are likely to want your product/ services. Don't just blast blindly.

Correct. In dropshipping group for example, I got some members that signed up for my fiverr affiliate program and made some purchases (note Fiverr do not allow promotion via spamming, do at your own risk).
