Hello guys,

I have a kids channel where I record toys (irl) and make stories with them. I would like to try something different and I was wondering if there is any software or plugin which can transform normaln recorded video into cartoon/3D effect.

Also, do you guys know about some good upscale software (to improve quality)?

Thank you for the tip! I have checked it and it's more like making 3D models from the video if I understood it correctly. I want to make the whole video look like a cartoon, so, for example, I will record a video where an RC car is driving on the table and I want to apply so filter so it looks like a cartoon.
