How to promote a FB Page without AD ?

I just set up a page selling my products, BUT I don't want running AD to promote, it is throwing money into sea

Many groups not allow post link or ad.

Any other way to promote page ?

Simply put: I think the best way would be creating your own page, get people to join and like the content. When people like something on facebook it goes on their timeline for their friends to see. So engaging content is probably the most efficient way with no ads.
Also depending what you are promoting you can join groups in your niche and be an active member in those groups and hope to attract people that way by being noticed in the comments.

Don't try and promote anything in a group that isn't in your group. That's a ban you will get probably every time.
This is not the only way obviously but I think this is the best way to get real organic traffic that would turnover
