My store fell even with that.

The store is still up - DM if you think you want to partner? Niche is a biggie.
May I know how much you spent on ads? And send me your Telegram ID please.

@anurag007 Hey man, a quick question. Would 10k capital be enough to succeed on dropship? This includes everything from Ads to websites and other expenses.
Also, what's your opinion on US and EU markets, which one performs better and has more "buying power". Appreciate helping this community.
10k is more than enough for me 300$ is all what i need to start a succesful store

We usually ship our products in 3-5 days. I don't deal with YenExpress. We don't usually deal with warehousing because the shipping cost within US is a bit higher compared to shipping directly from China to the customer. But yeah , if the product is pretty big in size , sometimes it's worth doing that.
thanks men

Haha that's true in some cases as well. I remember we spent only around $50 to get our first winning product.

1. We don't use Aliexpress or Alibaba or Oberlo. We have our own sourcing service in China , and they take care of product fulfillment , tracking etc.
How can you take care of all this? I've seen some people talking about this topic but never convinced me much to move on that direction

I experimented with some Anime merchandising that was selling locally pretty good, but the fulfilment costs were so high and the packing so disgusting that my china dropshipping adventure ended promptly.

The day I sent one package to my own house to see that it was seriously disgusting, from the box to the product I felt I would not be able to do this appropriately without a chinese partner that could handle this personally.

Although I like the concept pretty much, and I'm willing to return at some point.

The only way to pull this off is to have someone you trust at China and they have a proper team to take care of everything. So you are right about having a Chinese partner. You should definitely consider returning to it as it's really something that sets apart the crowd.

Anyone can ship from Aliexpress , but shipping the same product at a faster rate with good quality packaging is what stands out.

Btw if anyone wants to ask me something regarding dropshipping in private , feel free to DM me anytime. I understand that many people would like to keep their website/niche hidden because of competition or fear of saturation.

I think most of the information associated with starting dropshipping should be available online for free.

We have our contacts in China to help us with our shipping. The only way to find a reliable agent is to test multiple people till you find the right person.

I have not tried any influencers. So not sure how well it will work.

@anurag007 What’s the best way to find a supplier in China? Do I have to know someone there?

Also, to find a winning product, is it a good strategy trying different ad campaigns on different products? Appreciate your help

Yes , that's the best way or you have to try multiple suppliers to find the best one.

To find a winning product, we spend 1.5X the product price and see if we get any sales/add to carts . If there are none , we usually move on to the next one. Try to do video ads which explain the product features but not too lengthy.

If you have Telegram , DM me. I will send you some examples of videos that will give you an idea of what kind of stuff to start with.
What is you telegram?

Hey guys , I've been in the dropshipping business for a few years now. Feel free to ask me your doubts and I'll try to help in any way I can.

Some common answers :

1. We don't use Aliexpress or Alibaba or Oberlo. We have our own sourcing service in China , and they take care of product fulfillment , tracking etc.

2. Most of our creatives are custom made. Fiverr is a good place to start.

3. If you have proper customer support , fast shipping and the quality of your products are good , then you have solved 80% of the problems. If any of the above is not working , it will be very hard to succeed.

4. We used both Paypal and Stripe to collect payments , and it doesn't matter how well your business is , at some point , both these gateways will look for a reason to limit your account. It depends on how well you manage your customers and try to keep the chargebacks/disputes to a minimum.

5. I have never worked with POD . It never interested me much.

6. All emails collected should be utilized properly as it will result in a lot of revenue on the back end. Customers who purchased once from your store are more likely to purchase more products again as long as they were happy the first time.

7. Offer coupon codes as much as you can , as it makes a difference in sales.

8. Make your checkout process as simple as possible without adding in a lot of factors to make the customer confused.

9. If you are just beginning , try to stay out of apparel, shoes etc. as the different sizes will be a problem for you to fulfill. Start with electronics or other similar products that are quirky/weird . Watches are another example

10. Have always worked with Shopify , Not sure about the other services but Shopify is pretty good.

If you have any questions at all related to dropshipping , feel free to ask.
I'm asking for ebay dropshipping.
What kind of invoice should we show on ebay when we buy the products from amazon? ebay asks for invoice

Wow man, thanks for doing this.

I started in dropshipping some weeks ago but I don't have money to make paid traffic.
Do you have any advice how I could make my first $1000 with organic traffic?

Hey man I have something I have been walking around with for a while right now. How’s your return policy. As I see it there are several options:

1. give them a discount and let them keep the product
2. Let them ship the product to the factory in china
3. Return the product locally and do a full return payment (loose money method)

i see a lot of dropshippers that are trying to hide their identity through Gmail email addresses and stuff but if someone ordered they always see the bank account number right. Through that you can figure out if it’s stripe or another payment providers. So how do you cover your identity on that side. I guess if they request at stripe they will recieve your company details and than your anonymity is gone.

how do you go about it or is it something not to worry about?

where to get custom content? are there any cheap alternatives where i can get a lot of custom content videos for a product in time? Like alternatives of billo ?
