How to setup a good mail sales funnel?

Hello,

I have an ecommerce store in health scene. And i tried now getting facebook leads with a headliner like "Download the free nutrionplan from ...."
Actually this works really good. I get facebook leads for around 0,2€. But my problem are the shop sales...

I tried like 3 mails, every week one. Telling the people whats healthy, whats unhealthy and add always some links to our shop. But actually no sales.

Any ideas how to speed this up, or any good tutorials for this?

How many subscribers do you have in your list? How many read your emails? Give us more statistics so we can help you.

Last 2 weeks I generated like 250 leads. They get till now 2 mails from me (one per week):

1) Old Nutrition methods for meat
2) Old nutrition methods for drinking

I have open reate aroudn 60 - 70%.

Always linking to our products from shop...No buys till now

Your lead anchor and your offerings must be right in line with each other. In your case, they aren't. If you change your ebook/download to something like "download the ultimate list of the lost effective supplements to....blah blah blah" . Your newsletter must be damn enticing. You can also try a low cost offering instead of going right to your supplements (or whatever)

What's the CTR to your store?
Do they add to cart or not?
How many abandoned checkout?

You need to analyse each step, from top to the bottom of your funnel.

If they don't click on your product link, you need to figure out why.

If they click and don't buy, then why? Is product good for them? Is it the pricing? Copy? Reviews?

I think you get the idea, do this type of analysis on all your funnel steps.

Try to send a direct cheap offer, then upsell...

Work on segmenting your subs and offer them more targetted offers.
