i want to make 2 different accounts on a site .
i don't want the site to know that i'm the same person.
I have 2 isp in my house that i can use.
I was thinking of making another windows user , install another browser like firefox and only use the second isp when i log in with the other account, all from the same computer.
Will the site still know that it's me ?

or get an anti-detect

Yepp they can. The data may not be 100% accurate, but there’s still a decent success rate as far as I know. A simple and cost effective way to avoid this would be to use a raspberry pi for each account. Anti detect browsers might work too, but I am not 100% sure as I don’t use those.

It basically allows to create browser profiles from selecting from a wide range of fingerprints.

And the website isn't supposed to know that, this is their entire point

Also, I forgot to mention that it depends on your target website, some websites don't fingerprint at all while others do (all big tech websites do nowadays though)
so its important to take into consideration.

I know for a fact that hardware can be spoofed with virtual machines (or a specialised software, for that matter). But at the same time, virtual machines can be detected as virtual machines. So, vms are not a great way I think.

(just change IP each time) in above mentioned scenario, that would be enough, because you are talking about just 2 accounts. If it is multiple accounts (plenty accounts), then go the anti-detect browser way.

Brave has some very basic anti-fingerprinting but its not even close
