How to get guest posts?

There are tons of guest post services on the forum. If you don't want to patronize those on the forum(with better security), you could check out other platforms or market places or you do the research yourself and mail the blogs yourself.
I do all of these depending on price and quality. But someone who's relatively a newbie I'd recommend you patronize those on the forum as the chances of you getting scammed is reduced/minimal.
By the way, before patronizing anyone on the forum check out their thread very well, for reviews and know what you want so you can tell the seller exactly the kind of quality you want.

Go to the Hire A Freelancer section of the forum, create a thread with your request. Also, the Want-To-Buy section offers similar opportunity.
You'd definitely find someone who has something to offer.
There won't be any/many BSTs advertising this due to the more limited market, I guess but these sites are possible.

There is probably a marketing forum for each single language out there with a marketplace or something like that (or marketplace without forum doesn't matter)
Just look thoroughly, and you will find plenty of guest post sites in german.
BHW is made for all things English. Sometimes there are some offers in other languages, but there are plenty of guest platforms that offer language oriented. I'm not sure the exact translation for "guest post" in german but look for it in our friend's Mr.G and you will find it promptly.
