yes you can use multiple accounts on your browser - you will need plenty of 4g proxies .....

Depends on what is your count for multiple? But 4-5 per IP or a Mobile device is safe.

2.Use mobile emulators.

1 - When you open the Instagram for PC, you are basically having the same features as phone. Just do search in google how you can make it.
2 - Again you have to make some research but within BHW.

Using 3-5 Accounts on the same IP is a safe game . it will not block any accounts unless the actions are within limits.

you can definitely post through laptop or a PC , follow the below mentioned step to post through laptop .

Click on the 3 dot row located at right top on the window
Click on more tools
Click on developer Tools
then press Ctrl + Shift + M
and the screen will convert to mobile screen type .

and Then you may post any thing...
