I came across these 2 sites when I was search for some product to buy. Both are them are selling electronics and other items at 1/10th of a market price which seems too good to be true and which led me to research further about them.

They are pure SCAM. Proof:

They are selling a big size fridge for mere $15 :

Please share this post in social media so more and more people can get aware about it.

Interesting thing is that they are running ads on adwords. I have already reported them to Google.

By now, they have already ripped 1000's of Indians and amassed Millions.

Will the law enforcement there not get involved?

unfortunately this is the method that works across the globe

whatever you want to buy it will come with 1/10 or 2/10 price

they can steal your credit card info and probably attempt to charge more cash

if not in google search, then you can find them in google images search

I think scammers scam the careless or greedy people in 90% cases, where the hell you get a pocket laptop for 599 INR, in the same way where you get a refrigerator for $15.
Just need common sense.
the big weapon is people's greed man. That's for 99% of people that get scammed. The scammers set up a trap and people fall in it due to their greed.

They do. Problem is: there are literally so many of these that law enforcement does not have enough resources to take action against all of them at once.

By the time one of these websites gets taken down, 10 more pop off. Sometimes even with the same domain name and look.

That accompanied by general lack of technical expertise in law enforcement agencies and internet anonymity makes it worse. Plus, it's a rampant problem.

Such scam websites are also appearing in Europe region, offering goods (mostly electronics) at ridiculously low prices and they mostly use Google Ads to promote themselves and they are operating on a churn & burn, rinse & repeat basis. Somehow, they have found some ways to cash out their money on an anonymous basis or think so. However, since their modes of receiving payments also include cards, Paypal, etc, they can get investigated and caught if people file official complaints.

For India they are using Paytm which isn't anonymous at all. The phone number the website is listing has been listed as a scammer/fraud on apps like Truecaller already. The address listed on the website is ofc fake.

I would report them on https://cybercrime.gov.in/ but since I am not a direct victim, I don't have any proof and don't think it's right.

Reporting to Local police leads to faster results because once FIR is filed, the culprit will get notice and further investigation Cyber crime cell takes weeks/months to act on.

Not greed but habit to buy items at lowest possible price which is what the SCAM site is offering.
