I was pretty dissapointed to find out that this thread wasn't about you documenting how you learned to actually dance with a corresponding youtube channel.

Yeap This Journey is not over yet.
After loosing several channels (fooling around with shorts) .Went back to rethink, research and learn .
I changed my tactics and policies. I now outsource most of the work.
Bought monetized channels (why waste time they are dead cheap) and buying some more.
The most important element is that I now I base all my videos in already successful videos from channels in the same/similar niche.
Since funds are available the aim now is to see how much it will cost before ad revenue will cover production cost,
Below is the first channel I start publishing to. Planning for 4 more.

Channels you can buy from the marketplace of the forum.
This channel's Traffic is all organic no shorts involved. Just capitalizing on current trends.
Still you need to have a solid keyword research system in place for long term growth.
You can start with trends but also create evergreen content.
