Coinbase, but it's basically the same thing.
If you want to buy it more "anonymously", paypal is your best bet.
or, go underground and risk it with one of the smaller exchangers that isn't KYC

One method is there , I had done few days back , I had transferred all funds to payoneer then bought some usdt with payoneer Mastercard , it works but still to much risky !

You cannot buy with paypal. You need to add credit card on binance or similar exchange.

You cannot buy from any reputed exchange if you are going to pay with PayPal.

There are very few options to buy crypto with paypal. You should use credit card if you want to buy regularly. You will get best rates on exchanges.
