New IG restrictions

Is everyone seeing the new following restrictions on IG, or is it just new accounts like mine? The last few days I can barely follow 20 people without getting a message and then I have to wait a whole day.

You'll have to give it a rest for a couple of weeks. Your account is flagged and is getting action blocked as a result.

Not using proxies. Everything I'm doing is manual and white hat.

I have noticed that as well. Since it is your new account, you should give it a break as you already seem to be on IG's radar and your account might get banned otherwise.

Leave it for rest for a few days (5days will do) - that means no action at all, if possible, don`t log in. Then, start slowly with very few actions (5-10 actions/day and not all at once), and grow the number every day.
You`ll get back on track, just have patience and don`t force it or you will get banned.

Instagram stepped up their security alot, on an account with a high trust score i was able to follow 1000 within 48 hrs, just like the old days - but no automation.
