Twitter ads account suspension. please anyone help me

I have a Twitter account to show my design work
I recently created my profile on Twitter and wanted to promote the tweet
Everytime I try to promote it an error occurs and it tells me that I am violating copyright
Can you solve the problem for me??

I've been sending appeals multiple times, but twitter always reply me with that. if anyone know's other ways on how to contact twitter customer support would be nice.
