CPABuild Vs OGAds

Hello everyone, for the last couple of days i was doing some research about CPABuild and OgAds, i found that CPABuild pays more for every offer, this is one of its perks. On the other hand, OGAds have a better conversion rate.
Currently, i am working on CPABuild, but if OGAds really has a better CR, i am planning to start working on OGads too.
For people who tried both platforms, is this is really the case?

Okey thank you, i started testing it today, and it really has a better CR!
IN CPABuild my CR was 15%
On GOads my CR was 40%
Big difference!

OGAds have way more supportive managers than other networks.
OGAds have easy to setup Content Lockers and its very straight forward.
OGAds have very easy Payoneer approval, while CPABuild you need to fill TAX forms and upload passport, ID & Driver Licence

CPABuild zip offers are scams. It goes to a never-ending survey after you submit an email but if you cancel in the middle of the survey then you won't get paid. Its suppose to pay you after an email submission right?
