I added a feedback on your profile with name test. So working fine for me.
So odd, I just tried leaving it for you and I got the same error

Kidding. Are you using any ad blockers? Can you also link to the profile of the member you're trying to leave feedback for so that I can look into this further?
Also, it happens with anyone. Not just 1 specific

All right, I found the problem.
For some reason, when you use the BBcode editor and try to post a comment for the review, the forum thinks you haven't added a comment.
However, if you go back to the standard editor, you can add the review.
This is an issue on our end, but for now, when you leave feedback, just use the regular editor rather than the BBcode editor.
You can toggle it by pressing this button:
