Distribute the domian based on the ip address

My web is built by WordPress, and the main domain is xxx.com, and now it's going to build the multilanguage web.
The question is how to achieve the goal that distributing the domain based on the local IP address??
Does anyone know how to do it? Gonna appreciate it
