As @PPC_BOSS pointed out, those are the best places. Traffic network is very tricky. You need to be really lucky to get conversions (real customers that make deposit). Most of these traffic networks (propellerads, ad maven,etc) are just good for CPL. HOWEVER, you will eventually get into issue with advertisers due to poor sales performance.

A very good example, Dating Group never allows Propellerads traffic because the conversion to sales ratio is very poor.

For Indonesia, try WhatsApp, sms and email. Works much better than paying to ad networks. Alternatively use app method, promote your app that is legit and allowed with app stores and hide it with ads for gambling.

If you use Google ads, try to work with revenue share. Sometime one big fish is enough for you to make profits consistently.
