Its not true....if u search u can find plenty of CPA offers for Indian traffic also. As i know few like Shaadi.com, Travian- India, Webfetti, MyFunCards etc accepts Indian traffic with pleasure. As far as network is concern u can join: dgm-india.c0m i haven't promoted them yet but i know few who are working with them and earning decent money. So i just suggest, have a search and u will find perfect CPA for ur website.

However since your are using TV/Movie/video streaming site, i wud recommned you to use content blockers like bhcb for these offers.
