No bro these are all legit ways.
Indexing backlinks takes time. Some gets indexed within 2-3 days and some even takes a lot time.
It doesn't means that google doesn't know about the links.
So just wait as SEO is an ongoing process.
It takes 5 mins for ranking drops when new algorithm update takes place. But to recover from that it takes months..
Be regular and have a check on bith on page and off page activities

10-15 backlinks are good.

I've tested this and it didn't strip off my link, though the link is a nofollow but still a good source for backlink diversity.
