Software or script that could monitor proxies

Hello,
I have 80 private HTTP proxies (datacenter). When I say "private" proxies, I mean each IP has one username and one password.
I'm looking for a software (installed on a computer) or a script (installed on a web hoster) that could monitor its.
I would like, at least each minute, check if my 80 proxies works and the speed for each.
I would like to store the data in a database in order to know my every proxy works well and 99.99% 24/24 7/7.
Does someone know a script or a software that could do that please ?

Install Nagios on a VPS + for each proxy create Service that checks its availability by requesting Google through the proxy. Then you will get nice dahboard + availability history + email alerts.

Regarding speed, there can be another service that is checked less frequently, e.g. every 10 minutes, because it may overload the proxy ( download+upload on full speed for 10 seconds).

Go with the Uptime Robot. Not the cheapest, but def the best imo.
