I purchased an almost identical method from another user several years back. It's legit. The PRs cost less than $20. If this BST is using the same distribution network as the one I bought, there is an additional up-front cost of around $200 to buy the PR credits. But yeah, it's real and I still use it all the time.

One thing to note, lots of people use PRs for seo, which is cool, but there are other ways to use them. For example, we published a PR for one of our ecom products and got about $1k in sales. I imagine you can also use the PRs as sort of like an advertorial to send paid traffic to in some cases. The PRs you publish do generate real traffic that can convert.

We also built a PR agency site and made it look pretty slick. We spent a few thousand dollars testing paid traffic and almost broke even. We were selling the PRs for $199. I think if we had put more time and money into the paid traffic we probably could have made it work. We had too many irons in the fire at that time. Site is below if you care to see it. Disclaimer: I'm assuming this is using the same distro network as the one I use. All the content in sales thread matches up exactly, however, OP could have some other secret sauce that I don't know about. Either way, for $500 it's worth it if you have a lot of use for PR distro.
