I've always been dealing with static urls only. Get easily indexed and ranked too. I've a lot of questions about dynamic URLs with variable content like, how Google read them? How do they affect my ranking and seo? Should I rewrite them to static ones only? OR is there any way change dynamic URLs to static look like URLs? and any confident information regarding this is helpful.

I've seen that google indexes things according to the text shown in each url. It will know if your site uses dynamic urls. Though, you can also use GSC to specify google which urls to use

for dynamic urls you need to maintain database and some pages. data inside the pages will be dynamic as per your need and urls needs to maintain for each page. You need a sound knowledge programmer.
