2 years later... a great comeback?

In 2020 I briefly ventured into the Facebook Ads world... A challenging journey that ended up with 3 personal accounts and a business manager being suspended.
A friend of mine convinced me to get back to PPC. I believe the product and video advert I used back in the day were pretty good so why not try again?
But before I burn my friend's account, I thought I would ask BHW's Facebook experts the following:

• my personal account created the page and the business manager (suspended), is it safe to transfer the page to an account and run ads from this page?
• I keep reading that health/fitness ads have a higher tendency to get suspended, is that an urban legend?
• Is it safer to recreate the ad or can I use the video I made 2 years ago? (Facebook was pretty vague regarding the reason the account was suspended)

Can't answer the first two questions but I'd definitely recommend finding out why the accounts were suspended before doing anything. Facebook Ads usually lose money in the first few weeks, so if you're planning on using ads, you need to make sure you can get to the point where you begin profiting from them. If your account is going to get suspended then there's not much point in putting the energy into them.

Just use a new domain and use a cloaker to redirect traffic to your old business page. Facebook and ad networks tend to link sites from past banned accounts, so you will get banned again.

Recreate the ad. No reason to link your past banned account to your new facebook account. Just create a new ad and move on.

If your accounts get banned, just create new ones. That's just how the facebook game is played
