Alright so, let's buy them, I would like to start with 500 messages per day, to an audience sorted by followers of an account.

It's not like mass following. If you have a 1% conversion to followers then it's good. If you sell something conversion is much lower. So at least you should start with 5000 messages per day.
But be ready to spend time until you find settings, proxies, and accounts that work. The IAM is mostly translated to English but still needs multiple attempts, and a lot of tests.

What means IAM? I want to create software or something to send massive bulk DM's to whoever, using bot accounts, all them sending the message I have configured. I don't know who, but someone is sending me everyday messages about business, with post included from accounts with 0 followers.

This thread title is InstAccountsManager. Shortly it's IAM. Half of all messages that people receive in DM are sent with IAM.

That's perfect I appreciate so much your help. So the thing is that this software is for automate actions with an account I've logged into the program, or can I add more than one account and set actions to all those accounts in bulk?
I need something that sends DM to users that I've chosen before like hashtags or the followers of any account I want niche.

The price depends on many factors. Price of accounts, price of proxies, and how many messages the account can send. Also if you can get good quality accounts that will work for many days will decrease the price a lot.
Cheapest a did around 1k$ per 1m. And the worst I did was about 3.5k per 1m

accounts can be bought for around $10-$15 per 100 accounts, proxies you would have to get a provider , mobile proxy rotating ip works decent, settings , and scraping users , setting up a blacklist, its not hard.

1. Yes it has English settings. But it translated to about 80% The rest you have to use the google translator app on your phone to snap text end translate it.
2. I'm not familiar with the mass planner, but you can add accounts and proxy.
3. I don't use aged accounts. My best result with NCA (newly created accounts) is 50 messages in 24 hours. And I usually don't send messages with the same accounts again.
