Facebook Account Restricted - What Now?

My Facebook account has been restricted for 2 years now. I'm tired of using other people's accounts and/or renting accounts.

Is there a way I can get my Restricted Account back - even though it was a final decision?

If not, is it possible that I create a new account in my name and use different payment method to start getting back on Facebook ads?

If you will create a new account, you still have to wait for your account to age so it will reflect as a real account
