Block spam bots?

Hello everyone, I don't know if the topic goes in this section but I need help. Yesterday I received many visits from trafficland.xyz and I never hired that crap. I just used a smmpanel to a youtube video where I have a link to my site but I don't know if that's why.... Luckily there were no clicks on adsense, but these things scare me because I don't hire traffic to my site.... how can I block them if they come back? For once I had a spike in visits so google or adsense didn't penalize me?

Find out the user agent and block it within your robots.txt

You can use Cloudflare to filter bots.

For example, what would be the trafficland.xyz bots to block them. I have clouflare free plan.
