Asking fb ads to bussiness manager

I use ads manager three years already without problem. And deposit money through local bank.

Now i want switch to bussiness manager. Everytime i want add my id to bussiness manager..i got this error

Account has a stored balance, prepay accounts are not allowed to be part of a business at this time.


How to solve this problem my friend ?
