Is it possible to create a website that shows a live feed of a YouTube channel loosing subscribes in real time? If so how would that be done?

I don't think so. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think even Socialblade doesn't have a live or real time counter now. Restrictions from youtube's side I guess.
