New tiktok account changing location

Hi all!
I currently own an iPhone and I had multiples accounts on the same phone, which now are shadow banned.
I need a new account and I also have to change location. I got a new US sim and also I bought a good US VPN

if I reset my phone and I download again tiktok using the us sim and us vpn, will tiktok shadowban me because of my phone previously already having shadow banned accounts?

from what I understood tiktok on iOS can’t collect the MAC ADRESS, so if I reset it will it still recognize it?
if yes do you know why?

Hey, regarding the VPN, make sure it isn't a popular one like NordVPN, or a free, too-much-used one. You'll need to make sure TikTok doesn't detect it's a VPN, the best bet is using TOR for that.
TikTok can collect MAC addresses though, afaik there isn't a way to reset it. Your best bet is to get a second, cheap phone to set up correctly from scratch.
Without all of these, make sure you create an account and make it look legit by engaging, setting up a profile picture, and adding videos to drafts even if you don't send them. Also import your contacts into TikTok (best if there are no contacts, still checks).

Oh really??? I’ve read somewhere that tiktok knows when it’s running on an emulator. But do you install a vpn into the emulator or you use the vpn on the pc and then you run the emulator?

I use proxies. Sometimes trying it out yourself is better than reading and believing.

Can I just ask you the correct method you use? Basically you download the emulator and you install a proxy inside of the emulator? How?

Do you also do some Mac adress spoofing inside the emulator or you just leave it as it is?

I don't recommend you to do that because TikTok can detect if you change your SIM or if you use a VPN and they will ban you.

It is true. I have problems using emulators for TikTok.
