Can I ask what platforms you have migrated to instead? At this point fb ads is dead to me when compared with its previous capabilities. My estimated delivery is always off by orders of magnitude. My cost for 1000 impressions is around $80-$250. Just a broken system for me when I had very well performing adsets in the past. Why won't they deliver my ads, even when high quality? I dont get it lol. If I use someone else's account for a different business with new domain, its the same thing. So what other ad platforms should I use?

You’re wrong, it’s not dead. It works for us, for both remarketing and prospecting.
While our daily FB spend is only 2-3% of what we spend on google and bing, the engagement and secondary conversion metrics are similar to our Search and Shopping campaigns.

what is your business? is it BH or WH? that's entirely depend on how your set up and what business you're in. for most WH, it's really helpful especially if you have small budget.

Facebook still works well with us. You should recheck your campaign to make sure you choose the right interest, placement, content, etc. Your niche is one of the most important things to see if it is competitive or not
