Is it possible to target only Muslim in US?

Any suggestion on how can I target Muslim in US.

I cant go with broad targeting because people usually report my ad resulting in account suspension.
I did a campaign in UK for muslim and it went very well at that time I used the interests but now they are removed.
I am running ads for Religious education. I will be glad if anyone can help.
