One trick I have in my mind to rescue in this situation is this: If you can print a PVC Card with the name, DOB and all other details that is present there on your FB account, you might be able to verify your FB ADs account.

This is a good time to learn that we should never use dummy accounts if we are planning to advertise from that specific ID - because all Social Media Accounts, now, have started this practice of verifying accounts out of nowhere.
